In this 7-Session Series, Jay will guide you through powerful sessions focused on the 7 main energy points in the body called Chakras.
In each session you will focus your breathwork on one of the 7 chakras in order to clear any blockages around it, open it and IGNITE it. At the end of the series you will feel your 7 Chakras more aligned and balanced than ever before.
Don't worry if you're not familiar with the Chakras as Jay talks about each chakra before the session. 
You can do it at your own pace. We only recommend that you leave a gap of 24hrs between each session.
